ITHACA, N.Y. -- An accident created traffic tie-ups in Ithaca Tuesday afternoon.
Police say a car flipped over on State Route 13 in front of Ithaca Stoveworks, trapping the female driver inside. She was extricated by firefighters, but her condition is unknown.
Investigators remained on scene for several hours reconstructing the accident.
