NEW YORK -- Officials are looking for your help in planning this year's New York State Fair. For the first time, the public is being asked to choose the fair's theme.
Officials are seeking suggestions that will touch upon the state's economy, culture, and institutional strengths.
Previous themes include "Discover America in the Heart of New York" and "It Just Keeps Growing and Growing."
People have until March 15th to submit their entries. Everyone will be able to vote for the 10 finalists on the fair's Facebook page.
The winner and new fair theme will be revealed April 1st.
