ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Syracuse man has been sentenced for his role in a standoff last fall.
Daniel Duhamel, 48, will spend one to three years in prison. He was sentenced on weapons charges in Onondaga County Court Tuesday morning.
The video shows the scene in November. Police say Duhamel was fighting with his roommate when he fired a shot into the apartment above. That's when the SWAT team was called in to help with the situation.
Duhamel eventually surrendered without incident.
